Yue Chen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Design. Her research centers on human factors, teamwork communication, and human-computer interaction design. She has served as principal investigator for multiple projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Dr. Chen has published more than 20 papers in leading international journals and conferences in the field of human factors and contributed a chapter to the fifth edition of the Handbook of Human Factors and Ergonomics.
