The School has established over 100 practice bases to enhance undergraduates’ innovation and practical skills. These include collaborations with renowned companies and organizations such as Shanghai Sanlian (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sanyang Food Store Co., Ltd., Shanghai Guan Sheng Yuan Food Co., Ltd., DEB Creative Industry Park, and the Shanghai Creative Workers Association.

At these bases, students receive professional mentorship from experienced designers, while the School provides real-time tracking and full-coverage management of student practice activities. In addition, through university-enterprise partnerships, the School has established innovation centers and studios that invite industry mentors and designers directly into classrooms and studios.
