The Professional Library Resources Center houses a collection of 32,400 Chinese and foreign-language volumes, including specialized books procured by the University Library. The collection features 121 Chinese journals (1,634 issues) and 15 foreign-language journals (over 1,700 issues), fully supporting the teaching and research needs of all departments. In addition, the School has curated an extensive collection of films and digital image materials, many of which reflect cutting-edge developments in the field.

To complement these resources, ECUST Library provides access to specialized centers such as the Shanghai Graduate Electronic Literature Retrieval Center, the Shanghai Foreign Textbook Center for Higher Education, the Online Learning Center, the National Cultural Resources Sharing Project Sub-Center, and the Foreign Language Learning Center. These centers offer digital resources and online consulting services, ensuring robust information support for academic development.
