He graduated with a PhD in Fine Arts from the School of Fine Arts at Shanghai University. Current lecturer at the School of Art Design and Media, East China University of Science and Technology, and deputy head of the Department of Media.

Main achievements:

More than ten sketches and other paintings have been publicly published, including Rainy Water Street, Sketches of Deqing New City Ancient Town, Images of Huixian Pavilion and Huixian Bridge, Celebrating the Liberation of Peking、Bamboo Carving of the Old Farmer, Remnants of the Wall, Life in Winter, Spring Breeze Turns the Jiangnan Bank Green Again, Autumn Rhyme, etc. He participated in multiple practical projects such as advertising design, exhibition design, environmental decoration, and mural design, etc.

Main teaching: Design Sketching, Computer Image Processing (MOOC), Art Collecting Folk Customs and Design Survey, User Interface Design, etc. Guiding students to participate in competitions: Guiding students' works to win multiple awards in advertising and design competitions, among which in the 9th National Advertising Art Design Competition For College Students, students Tan Jiachen, Ye Xiaoni, Yao Jingye, and Ni Haoying's creation of You Are the Most Beautiful in My World (a Vivo themed competition) won the first prize in the national video category of microfilm advertising.

Media Design, Art and Design

More than 30 academic papers have been publicly published, mainly including: Several inspirations of Laozi's thought on art and design, On the Application of Light in Mural Art, The modernity of Shanghai design in the perspective of Jiangnan culture, The expression of Shanghai style design culture, The visual form expression of Shanghai style design culture from the perspective of urban image theory, Research on the spatial form design of rural landscape in China under the strategy of rural revitalization - taking the construction of beautiful rural areas in Shanghai as an example, etc.

He published an academic monograph titled Research on Shanghai Design in Social Change: A Core Study of Huaihai Road Design Culture. Undertaking multiple scientific research projects such as Research on Enhancing the Level of Shanghai Cultural and Creative Industry Agglomeration Zone and Design of Campus Scroll Cultural and Creative Products. He participated in the Shanghai Design Scholars Talk at the Century Shanghai Design series forum and gave an academic report. He participated in the seminar on Emerging Technologies, Technology Governance, and Post Human Society and gave an academic report, etc. The poster of the Academic Seminar on Shanghai Design and Chinese Modern Design History Writing and the bronze artwork design of Clear Waters and Green Mountains show Beautiful Tongling were selected for the 2011 Shanghai Design Exhibition.
