
On July 11, 2025, the award ceremony of the 19th China Good Idea - Time-honored Brand · New National Trend Innovation Design Special Competition was grandly held in Deqing, Zhejiang Province. Leaders and guests from all walks of life including government, universities, enterprises and social organizations, along with over 260 young students from home and abroad who have made it to the finals, gathered at the foot of Moganshan Mountain to witness the glorious moment of this creative feast together. Shen Haitao, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the university, attended and delivered a speech.
Shen Haitao expressed his gratitude to Deqing County and all sectors for their strong support, and extended his sincere congratulations to the award-winning students.
Shi Minli, the vice county magistrate of Deqing County, extended her warm congratulations on the successful holding of the competition and sincerely welcomed students and guests from home and abroad.
Professor Ni Haijun introduced the grand occasion of this year's competition.
After rounds of selection and evaluation, 177 high-quality works stood out and advanced to the finals. In the final stage, after a tense 24-hour training camp and on-site defense, a total of 90 third prizes, 60 second prizes and 27 first prizes were awarded in the five tracks of Mayagen, Three Spears, Huangpu Culture and Tourism, Yuyuan & Old Town God Temple Pear Syrup Products and Moganshan (among which our school won 9 first prizes). There were 9 second prizes, 4 third prizes, and several Outstanding Instructor Awards. Secretary Wang Shan of the School of Art of East China University of Science and Technology and other on-site leaders and guests presented the certificates of honor to the winners.
Competition Introduction
The China creative challenges contest (abbreviated as 3C or China Creative Challenges Contest) is the first competition in China centered on digital art and has been included in the list of events of the China Higher Education Society of the Ministry of Education. The competition aims to implement the national digital economy vision plan, e the transformation of original intellectual property rights in higher education institutions, and select and e elite talents and outstanding works in China's creative field. This competition leads the development of disciplines and es professional construction, and has become a barometer in the creative field of colleges and universities.
The Time-honored Brand · New National Trend Innovation Design Special Track focuses on and deeply explores the innovative potential of time-honored brand brands, es the integration of industry and education, and empowers the high-quality development of local economy and society with creative design. It has been held for three consecutive years and has received over ten thousand works from hundreds of institutions across the country and two overseas universities. It is highly attractive and influential both at home and abroad.
